CC: Motion to approve Change Order No. 2 with Corr Constructions Services Inc., For East Mall Drive/Bennett Road Bridge Project, as presented, for an increase of $7,713.50 and a total contract amount of $2,965,663.55 and authorize the mayor to sign the associated documents 

CC: Motion to approve the Building Use Application as presented with Douglas School District #51-1 for the use of the school's property for the Salute to Ellsworth Event and Parade event to be held on September 12, 2026, and authorize the mayor to sign associated documentation.

CC: Motion to approve the Preliminary Plat for Lots 3-11 of Block 1 Sheely Subdivision with the following conditions:

1) Correct plat documents per city requirements. 

2) Lot 3 needs to be reconfigured or have an approved variance before final plat submission.

CC: Motion to approve the Commercial Sponsorship Agreement, as presented, with Ellsworth Air Force Base for the 2026 Base Picnic, in an amount not to exceed $8,000 and authorize the mayor to sign associated documentation. 

**Going to City Council on the same night due to the event date of June 5th and executing the agreement prior to its occurrence.

CC: Motion to certify the results of the June 2, 2026, Municipal Election and declare the winning candidates as follows: Ward 1 Alderman: Kirk Beauchamp; Ward 2 Alderman: Patrick W. Schubert, Sr.; Ward 3 Alderman: Steven Bixel.

CC: Motion to approve the Sponsorship/Donation Agreement with Douglas School District as presented for May 27th, 2026.
